On April 10, 2024, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) held a ceremony to announce the SBV Governor’s Appointment Decision of Deputy Director General of the Payment Department. The ceremony was attended by Deputy Governor Pham Tien Dzung, together with representatives of the Personnel Board of the SBV’s Party Committee, the Human Resources Department, and all of the officials and staff of the Payment Department.

The ceremony was attended by First Deputy Governor Dao Minh Tu, representatives of the SBV Human Resources Department and the Central Bank’s Party Committee, as well as all of the officials and staff of Department III under the Banking Supervision Agency.

On April 10, 2024, in Hanoi, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) organized a ceremony to announce and hand over the SBV Governor’s Appointment Decisions of Acting Director of the Department of Banking Operation Safety Policies (referred to as Department II), and Deputy Director of the Department of Administrative Inspections, Complaints, Accusations and Anti-Corruption (referred to as Department I) under the Banking Supervision Agency.
