Accordingly, the SBV officially released three newly-issued administrative procedures with regard to the granting of licenses and establishing banking operations, which shall be conducted at the SBV, including (i) The procedure for granting registration certificates for micro-finance programs and projects in two or more provinces and centrally-controlled cities, which are on-going before the effective date of Decision No. 20/2017/QD-TTg; (ii) The procedure for granting registration certificates for micro-finance programs and projects in two or more provinces and centrally-controlled cities, which are newly registered; and (iii) The procedure for modifying information in the registration certificates for micro-finance programs and projects in two or more provinces and centrally-controlled cities.
The SBV also announced three newly-issued administrative procedures with regard to the granting of licenses and establishing banking operations, which shall be implemented at the SBV municipal and provincial branches, specifically as follows: (i) The procedure for granting registration certificates for micro-finance programs and projects in one province or centrally-controlled city, which are on-going before the effective date of Decision No. 20/2017/QD-TTg; (ii) The procedure for granting registration certificates for micro-finance programs and projects in one province or centrally-controlled city, which are newly registered; and (iii) The procedure for modifying information in the registration certificates for micro-finance programs and projects in one province or centrally-controlled city.
Decision No. 2458/QD-NHNN took effect from August 1, 2017.
