Juroku Bank, Ltd. allowed to establish its representative office in Hanoi

The State Bank of Vietnam issued License No. 32/GP-NHNN on February 2, 2018 permitting the Juroku Bank, Ltd. to establish its representative office with operational duration of five years in Hanoi.

Accordingly, the Juroku Bank, Ltd. Hanoi City Representative Office will function as an office of liaison to make market research and promotion of investment projects of the Juroku Bank, Ltd. in Vietnam. It will also promote and monitor the implementation of the contracts and agreements signed between the Juroku Bank, Ltd. and credit institutions and businesses, and the Juroku Bank, Ltd.- financed projects in Vietnam. Moreover, it will conduct other operations in accordance with applicable laws.

The Juroku Bank, Ltd. Hanoi City Representative Office is required to comply with Vietnamese law. The Licence took effect on the date of signing.
