Press Release on issuance of Circular No.05/2019/TT-NHNN
Hanoi, June 24, 2019 – The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Circular No. 05/2019/TT-NHNN abolishing some legal documents issued and jointly issued by the SBV Governor.
The new Circular is composed of 4 Articles prescribing the abolishment either wholly or partly of a number of legal documents issued and jointly issued by the SBV Governor, which are no longer appropriate or no longer applied in practice, specifically as follows:
1. Abolishing wholly in total 36 legal documents issued and jointly issued by the SBV Governor.
2. Repealing partly in total 02 legal documents issued by the SBV Governor.
The new Circular comes into effect from August 09, 2019.
