1. The new address is at: No. 148, Residential Group 3, Muong Thanh Ward, Dien Bien Phu City, Dien Bien Province.
3. At Document No. 215/QUN3 dated March 31, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Quang Ninh Provincial Branch has approved of the request of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (VCB) to change the supervising branch of its Cam Pha and Cua Ong Transaction Offices, specifically as follows:
