The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Kien Giang and Vinh Phuc branches have issued documents allowing Ho Chi Minh City Development Commercial Joint Stock Bank (HDBank) to change the office addresses of its Hon Dat and Yen Lac transaction offices.
Change of address of Hon Dat transaction office
On October 26, 2022, the SBV – Kien Giang branch issued Document No. 527/KGI-TTGSNH approving of the request of HDBank – Kien Giang branch to change the office address of its Hon Dat transaction office, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: No.50, 30/4 Street, Duong Dong town, Phu Quoc district, Kien Giang province;
The new address is at: No. 11 Residential Group 10, Duong Hon Residential Area, Hon Dat town, Hon Dat district, Kien Giang province.
The Document will cease to be valid if HDBank does not inaugurate the operation of the above-mentioned transaction office within 12 months from the date of its signing.
Change of address of Yen Lac transaction office
On October 14, 2022, the SBV – Vinh Phuc branch issued Document No. 865/VPH-TTGS approving of the request of HDBank – Vinh Phuc branch to change the address of its Yen Lac transaction office, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: No.129 Nguyen Khoan street, Yen Lac town, Yen Lac district, Vinh Phuc province;
The new address is at: Part of 1st Floor, Ket Hien Building, Duong Tinh street, Yen Lac town, Yen Lac district, Vinh Phuc province.
HDBank – Vinh Phuc branch is responsible for implementing the applicable requirements as stipulated in Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 9, 2013 issued by the SBV Governor stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented), and other relevant provisions of law. In addition, HDBank – Vinh Phuc branch is also requested to send to the SBV – Vinh Phu branch a written report on the eligibility of the new transaction office at least 15 days before the inauguration date.
This Document approving of the address change of the transaction office has the same validity as that of Document No. 3526/NHNN-TTGSNH of the SBV approving of the request of HDBank to establish additional transaction offices.
