Announcements about the inaugurations of transaction offices have been made as required by Paragraph 4 of Article 14 of Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022 amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks, specifically as follows:
1. At Document No. 559/THB-TTGS dated November 08, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Thai Binh Provincial Branch has approved of the request of Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank) – Thai Binh Branch to change the office address of its Diem Dien Transaction Office, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: Bao Trinh Residential Group, Diem Dien Town, Thai Thuy District, Thai Binh Province;
The new address is at: No. 155 Nguyen Duc Canh Street, Residential Group No.6, Diem Dien Town, Thai Thuy District, Thai Binh Province.
2. At Document No. 1092/NAD-TTGS dated November 14, 2022, the SBV – Nam Dinh Provincial Branch has approved of the request of HDBank – Nam Dinh Branch to change the office address of its Hai Hau Transaction Office, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: No. 8, Residential Group No. 5, Con Town, Hai Hau District, Nam Dinh Province;
The new address is at: No. 63-65, National Motorway 21, Yen Dinh Town, Hai Hau District, Nam Dinh Province.
HDBank shall be responsible for implementing the applicable procedures in line with Circular No.21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 of the SBV stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented by Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022 of the SBV), and other relevant provisions of law; arranging and ensuring safe operations and taking full responsibility for all operational risks of the above-mentioned transaction offices.
