1. At Document No. 503/CMA-TTGSNH dated October 18, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Ca Mau Provincial Branch has approved of the request of Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Nam A Bank) – Ca Mau Branch to change its office address, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Ward 8, Ca Mau City, Ca Mau Province;
The new address is at: No. 159 - 161 Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Ward 8, Ca Mau City, Ca Mau Province;
Expected start date of operation: November 04, 2022.
Nam A Bank shall take responsibility for implementing the applicable procedures in line with in Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 of the SBV stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented).
2. At Document No. 928/PHY1 dated October 19, 2022, the SBV – Phu Yen Provincial Branch has approved of the request of Nam A Bank – Phu Yen Branch to change its office address, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: Tran Hung Dao Street, Ward 1, Tuy Hoa City, Phu Yen Province;
The new address is at: No. 103 - 105 Hung Vuong Avenue, Ward 6, Tuy Hoa City, Phu Yen Province;
Expected start date of operation: November 07, 2022.
Nam A Bank shall take responsibility for implementing the procedures in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the Law on Credit Institutions as stated in Consolidated Document No. 06/VBHN-NHNN dated December 12, 2017; provisions stated in Consolidated Document No. 08/VBHN-NHNN dated February 16, 2022 of the SBV’s Circulars stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks, and other relevant provisions of law; Arranging and ensuring safe operations and taking full responsibility for all operational risks of its Phu Yen Branch.
Within 07 working days from the date of receiving the written approval from the SBV, Nam A Bank - Phu Yen Branch must publicize the revised substance on its web page, at its headquarters, at the office of the relevant branch, and at the relevant transaction offices in accordance with the provisions of Consolidated Document No. 08/VBHN-NHNN of the SBV’s Circulars.
The Document will cease to be valid if Nam A Bank – Phu Yen Branch does not inaugurate the operation at the new address within 12 months from the date of its signing.
3. As required by Paragraph 4 of Article 14 of Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022 amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 of the SBV Governor stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks, Nam A Bank has made an announcement about the inauguration of Do Luong Transaction Office under Nghe An Branch, specifically as follows:
Transaction name: Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Nghe An Branch – Do Luong Transaction Office;
The address is at: Part of the house at Lot No. 919, Map No. 3, Block 7, Do Luong Town, Do Luong District, Nghe An Province;
Expected start date of operation: November 14, 2022.
