On April 11, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Document No. 2580/NHNN-TTGSNH approving of the request of the Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OCB) to establish an additional transaction office.
Accordingly, the SBV has approved of the OCB's request to establish additionally one (01) transaction office, with details as follows:
The full name: The Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Ninh Binh Branch – Tam Diep Transaction Office;
The abbreviated name: OCB - Tam Diep Transaction Office;
The address is at: No. 294 Quang Trung Street, Bac Son Ward, Tam Diep City, Ninh Binh Province.
The OCB is requested to take responsibility for implementing the necessary procedures to inaugurate and publicize the newly established transaction office in line with Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 issued by the SBV Governor stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented by Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022), and the other applicable provisions of law.
The Document will cease to be valid if the OCB does not inaugurate the above-mentioned transaction office within 12 months from the date of its signing.
