On January 9, 2026, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) organized a ceremony to announce and hand over the SBV Governor’s Appointment Decision of Director of the SBV Regional Branch 4.

The ceremony was attended by SBV Deputy Governor Doan Thai Son; Mr. Phan Trong Tan, Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee; representatives of several SBV entities and the relevant departments of Phu Tho province; the officers and staff of the SBV Regional Branch 4, as well as representatives of the credit institutions’ branches in Phu Tho province.
At the ceremony, Mr. Do Trong Toan, Deputy Director General of the SBV Human Resource Department, announced the SBV Governor’s Decision appointing Ms. Truong Thu Hoa as Director of the SBV Regional Branch 4, starting from January 1, 2026. Ms. Truong Thu Hoa was previously Acting Director of the SBV Regional Branch 4.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Governor Doan Thai Son congratulated Ms. Truong Thu Hoa on her appointment, and handed over the SBV Governor’s Appointment Decision to her. The SBV Deputy Governor expressed his hope and beliefs that Ms. Truong Thu Hoa would continue to develop her capacity, wisdom, experience, and her sense of responsibility to accomplish the assigned tasks in her newly appointed position.
