On October 26, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 2000/QD-NHNN revising the License of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank).
Accordingly, the SBV Governor has approved of a revision in Point 4 of License No. 0011/NH-GP dated April 6, 1992 issued to Eximbank, and Paragraph c of Article 1 of Decision No. 60/QD-NH5 dated April 6, 1992 (as amended and supplemented) issued by the SBV Governor to Eximbank, to read as follows:
“Charter capital: VND 17,469,561,480,000 (seventeen thousand four hundred sixty-nine billion, five hundred sixty-one million, four hundred eighty thousand Vietnamese Dongs).”
Eximbank is responsible for implementing the procedures in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the 2010 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented in 2017).
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. 0011/NH- GP dated April 6, 1992 issued to Eximbank, and Paragraph c of Article 1 of Decision No. 60/QD-NH5 dated April 6, 1992. Decision No. 602/QD-NHNN dated April 10, 2003 revising Eximbank’s License ceased to be effective from the date of signing of this new Decision.
