On April 1, 2024, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 577/QD-NHNN revising the License of the Prosperity and Growth Commercial Joint Stock Bank (PGBank).
Accordingly, the SBV Governor has approved of a revision in Article 2 of License No. 42/GP-NHNN dated June 16, 2021 issued by the SBV Governor to PGBank, to read as follows:
“Article 2. The charter capital of the Prosperity and Growth Commercial Joint Stock Bank is: VND 4,200,000,000,000 (in words: four thousand two hundred billion Vietnamese Dongs).”
PGBank is responsible for implementing the procedures in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the 2010 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented), and other relevant laws.
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. 42/GP-NHNN dated June 16, 2021 issued by the SBV Governor to PGBank.
