On July 26, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 1406/QD-NHNN revising the License of Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB).
Accordingly, the SBV Governor has approved of a revision in Article 2 of License No. 23/GP-NHNN dated September 19, 2022 issued to the VIB, to read as follows: “Charter capital of Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank is: VND 25,368,075,340,000 (Twenty-five thousand three hundred sixty-eight billion, seventy-five million, three hundred forty thousand Vietnamese Dongs).”
The VIB is responsible for implementing the procedures in line with Paragraph 4 of Article 29 of the 2010 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented in 2017).
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. 23/GP-NHNN dated September 19, 2022 issued to the VIB.
