On September 12, 2024, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No.1900/QD-NHNN revising the License of Viet Nam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Vietbank).
Accordingly, Article 2 of License No. 05/GP-NHNN dated February 24, 2023 issued by the SBV Governor to Vietbank has been revised, to read as follows:
“Article 2. The charter capital of Viet Nam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank is: VND 5,711,532,700,000 (Five thousand seven hundred eleven billion, five hundred thirty-two million, seven hundred thousand Vietnamese Dongs).”
Vietbank is responsible for implementing the regulations as stated in Paragraph 4 of Article 37 of the 2024 Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented).
This Decision took effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of the License for the Establishment and Operations No.05/GP-NHNN dated February 24, 2023 issued by the SBV Governor to Vietbank.
