(*): Circular No. 31/2013/TT-NHNN dated December 13th 2013 by the Governor regulating on statistical reports applicable to SBV departments, credit institutions and foreign bank branches came into effect on December 1st 2014. According to this, the number of bank cards issued has been collected in total rather than categorized by various types of cards. Therefore, only total number of cards issued has been published since 1st Quarter, 2015.
