On February 21, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Document No. 931/NHNN-TTGSNH allowing Saigon-Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) to establish additional transaction offices.
Accordingly, SHB is allowed to establish twenty-four (24) additional transaction offices, specifically as follows:
Pong Drang Transaction Office under SHB - Dak Lak Branch; Address: Krông Buk district, Dak Lak province.
Krong Pac Transaction Office under SHB - Dak Lak Branch; Address: 125 Giai Phong, Phuoc An town, Krong Pac district, Dak Lak province.
Kim Ngoc Transaction Office under SHB – Vinh Phuc Branch; Address: 01 Chien street; Ngo Quyen ward, Vinh Yen city, Vinh Phuc province.
Yen Lac Transaction Office under SHB – Vinh Phuc Branch; Address: No 46, Provincial Motorway 303; Yen Lac hamlet; Dong Van commune; Yen Lac district, Vinh Phuc province.
Chua Hang Transaction Office under SHB – Thai Nguyen Branch; Address: Chua Hang ward, Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province.

Also in the Document, SHB is requested to take responsibility for implementing the procedures to inaugurate, register and publicize the newly established transaction offices in line with Circular No.21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 9, 2013 on the operational networks of the commercial banks (as amended and supplemented), and the other applicable legal texts.
The Document will cease to be valid if SHB does not inaugurate the above-mentioned transaction offices within 12 months from the date of its signing.
