1. At Document No. 750/BAL-TTGSNH dated October 11, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Bac Lieu Provincial Branch has approved of the request of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (VCB) – Bac Lieu Branch to change the office address of its Dong Hai Transaction Office, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: Ganh Hao Town, Dong Hai District, Bac Lieu Province;
The new address is at: Hamlet 4, Ganh Hao Town, Dong Hai District, Bac Lieu Province.
The VCB – Bac Lieu Branch shall take responsibility for implementing the applicable procedures in line with in Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 of the SBV stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented), and other relevant provisions of law.
Within 07 working days from the date of receiving the written approval from the SBV, the VCB – Bac Lieu Branch shall publicize the revised substance on its web portal, at the VCB’s headquarters, at the office of the relevant branch and transaction offices in accordance with the provisions of law.
The Document will cease to be valid if the VCB – Bac Lieu Branch – Dong Hai Transaction Office does not inaugurate the operation at the new address within 12 months from the date of its signing.
2. As required by Paragraph 4 of Article 14 of Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022 amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 of the SBV Governor stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks, the VCB has made the announcements about the inauguration of three new transaction offices, specifically as follows:
2.1. The VCB – North Binh Duong Branch – An Tay Transaction Office
Office address: DT744 Motorway, An Tay Commune, Ben Cat Town, Binh Duong Province;
Start date of operation: October 12, 2022.
2.2. The VCB – Bac Lieu Branch – Hoa Binh Transaction Office
Office address: Hamlet A1, Hoa Binh Town, Hoa Binh District, Bac Lieu Province;
Start date of operation: October 10, 2022.
2.3. The VCB – Ca Mau Branch – Song Doc Transaction Office
Office address: Hamlet 9, Song Doc Town, Tran Van Thoi District, Ca Mau Province;
Start date of operation: October 21, 2022.
