1. At Document No. 2732/HAN-TTGS2 dated November 11, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Ha Noi Municipal Branch has approved of the request of Woori Bank Vietnam Limited (Woori Bank Vietnam) – Ha Noi Branch to change the office address of its Ha Dong Transaction Office, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: Floor B1, Ho Guom Plaza Tower, No. 102 Tran Phu Street, Mo Lao Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi City;
The new address is at: Part of Ground floor of Building V2-V3 – Van Phu Victoria – CT9, Van Phu new urban area, Phu La Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi City.
2. At Document No. 3254/HCM-TTr2 dated November 14, 2022, the SBV – Ho Chi Minh City Branch has approved of the request of Woori Bank Vietnam – Ho Chi Minh City Branch to change the office address of its Thao Dien Transaction Office, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: M2 Sarimi Building, Sala Area, No. 72 Nguyen Co Thach, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City;
The new address is at: Apartment No. 01-TMDV, Apartment Tower at No. 179 Hanoi Highway, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City (previously District 2), Ho Chi Minh City.
Thao Dien Transaction Office was previously known as Sala Transaction Office.
Woori Bank Vietnam shall be responsible for implementing the applicable procedures in line with Circular No.21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 of the SBV stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented by Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022 of the SBV), and other relevant provisions of law; arranging and ensuring safe operations and taking full responsibility for all operational risks of the above-mentioned transaction offices.
