Press release on issuance of Circular No. 13/2022/TT-NHNN
Hanoi, October 28, 2022 – The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has issued Circular No. 13/2022/TT-NHNN amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No. 08/2021/TT-NHNN dated July 6, 2021 of the SBV Governor stipulating the granting of special loans to specially controlled credit institutions.
The new Circular comprises of 04 Articles, 03 Appendices amending, supplementing, abolishing a number of Points, Paragraphs, Articles and replacing a number of Appendices of Circular No. 08/2021/TT-NHNN.
The new Circular will take effect on October 28, 2022.
