Press Release on issuance of Circular No.44/2024/TT-NHNN
Hanoi, August 30, 2024 – The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has issued Circular No. 44/2024/TT-NHNN amending and supplementing Paragraph 2 of Article 2 of Circular No. 16/2019/TT-NHNN dated October 22, 2019 stipulating the issuance of the SBV bills.
The new Circular is composed of 3 Articles, specifically as follows:
Article 1: Amending and supplementing Paragraph 2 of Article 2 of Circular No. 16/2019/TT-NHNN;
Article 2: Responsibilities for the implementation arrangements;
Article 3: Entry into force.
The provisions in the new Circular are aimed to ensure alignment with the regulations of the 2024 Law on Credit Institutions.
