Press Release on issuance of Circular No.02/2018/TT-NHNN
February 12, 2018 – The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Circular No. 02/2018/TT-NHNN amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No.32/2016/TT-NHNN dated December 26, 2016 revising and supplementing several articles of Circular No.23/2014/TT-NHNN guiding the opening and use of payment accounts at payment services suppliers (hereinafter referred to as Circular No.32/2016/TT-NHNN).
The issuance of Circular No.02/2018/TT-NHNN aims at amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No.32/2016/TT-NHNN, including:
Article 1. Amending and supplementing Paragraph 2 of Article 4 of Circular No.32/2016/TT-NHNN.
Article 2. Effectiveness.
Article 3. Implementation.
This Circular took effect from February 12, 2018.
