Press release on issuance of Circular No.18/2020/TT-NHNN
Hanoi, December 30, 2020. The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has issued Circular No.18/2020/TT-NHNN abolishing a number of legal documents promulgated by the SBV Governor.
The new Circular is composed of 3 Articles mentioning all the abolishments of legal documents promulgated by the SBV Governor which are no longer appropriate or no longer applicable in practice, specifically as follows:
Annulling 8 legal documents promulgated by the SBV Governor.
The new Circular shall take effect from February 15, 2021.
