Press Release on issuance of Circular No. 09/2021/TT-NHNN
Hanoi, July 7, 2021 – The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has issued Circular No. 09/2021/TT-NHNN amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No. 42/2015/TT-NHNN dated December 31, 2015 regulating the open market operations.
Circular No. 09/2021/TT-NHNN amends and supplements the regulations on the bidding for the State Bank bills, and the uploading of announcements about the issuance of the State Bank bills on the SBV’s web portal.
The new Circular will take effect from August 25, 2021.
