Press release on issuance of Circular No. 27/2021/TT-NHNN
Hanoi, December 31, 2021 – The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has issued Circular No. 27/2021/TT-NHNN amending and supplementing a number of Articles in the System of Book-keeping Accounts of Credits Institutions issued as attachment to Decision No. 479/2004/QD-NHNN dated April 29, 2004, and the financial reporting regime for credit institutions issued as attachment to Decision No. 16/2007/QD-NHNN dated April 18, 2007 by the SBV Governor.
This Circular shall be applied to credit institutions, foreign bank branches present in Vietnam.
The new Circular is composed of five (05) Articles:
Article 1: Amending and supplementing a number of Articles in the System of Book-keeping Accounts of Credits Institutions issued as attachment to Decision No. 479/2004/QD-NHNN dated April 29, 2004 by the SBV Governor.
Article 2: Amending and supplementing a number of Articles of the financial reporting regime for credit institutions issued as attachment to Decision No. 16/2007/QD-NHNN dated April 18, 2007 by the SBV Governor.
Article 3: Abolishment of a number of regulations.
Article 4: Responsibilities for implementation.
Article 5: Enforcement.
The Circular will take effect from April 01, 2022.
