Press release on issuance of Circular No. 07/2022/TT-NHNN
Hanoi, June 30, 2022 – The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has issued Circular No. 07/2022/TT-NHNN amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No. 07/2019/TT-NHNN dated July 2, 2019 stipulating the safety limits and the safety ratios in the operations of Vietnam Development Bank (VDB).
The new Circular is composed of three (03) Articles:
- Article 1: comprising of 3 Paragraphs amending and supplementing a number of paragraphs and Articles of Circular No. 07/2019/TT-NHNN about the ratio of outstanding loans over the total capital resource used for lending activities, the minimum reserve ratio.
- Article 2: Implementation arrangements.
- Article 3: Enforcement.
The Circular will take effect from August 15, 2022.
