Press release on issuance of Circular No. 18/2022/TT-NHNN
Hanoi, December 26, 2022 – The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has issued Circular No. 18/2022/TT-NHNN amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No. 09/2015/TT-NHNN dated July 17, 2015 stipulating the debt purchase and sale by the credit institutions and the foreign bank branches.
The new Circular comprises of 05 Articles, in which: supplementing 02 additional Articles (Article 10a, Article 15a) and amending 10 Articles of Circular No. 09/2015/TT-NHNN (Articles 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, 14, 20, 21).
The new Circular will take effect on February 09, 2023.
