Press release on issuance of Circular No.01/2023/TT-NHNN
On March 1, 2023, the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Circular No.01/2023/TT-NHNN amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No.04/2003/TT-NHNN on the people’s credit funds.
This new Circular is composed of four (04) Articles, specifically:
- Article 1: Amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No. 04/2003/TT-NHNN.
- Article 2: Supplementing, replacing and abolishing a number of words, phrases, points, items and Articles of Circular No. 04/2003/TT-NHNN.
- Article 3: Responsibilities for the implementation.
- Article 4: Enforcement
This new Circular is aimed to implement the new regulations of the Law on Residence, ensuring the consistency and effectiveness, creating favorable conditions and reducing obstacles for the people in the implementation of the relevant administrative procedures and civil transactions, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the people and the people’s credit funds.
