On March 23, 2026, at the headquarters of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), the SBV organized a ceremony to announce and hand over the SBV Governor’s Appointment Decision of Deputy Director General of the Finance and Accounting Department.
The ceremony was attended by Deputy Governor Pham Tien Dzung, representatives of the Human Resources Department, and all of the officials of the Finance and Accounting Department.

At the ceremony, Mr. Le Viet Hung, Deputy Director General of the Human Resources Department, announced the SBV Governor’s Decision appointing Ms. Do Thi Thu Huong as Deputy Director General of the Finance and Accounting Department, starting from March 19, 2026. Ms. Do Thi Thu Huong was previously Head of the Enterprises and Public Non-Business Units Management Division of the Finance and Accounting Department.

On behalf of the SBV Board of Management, Deputy Governor Pham Tien Dzung congratulated Ms. Do Thi Thu Huong on her new appointment. He expressed confidence that Ms. Do Thi Thu Huong would continue to develop her capabilities, wisdom, experience, and her sense of responsibility to accomplish the assigned tasks in the newly appointed position.
