Press Release on the issuance of Circular No.23/2017/TT-NHNN
December 29, 2017 – The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Circular No. 23/2017/TT-NHNN amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No.37/2016/TT-NHNN dated December 30, 2016 regulating the management, operations and use of the National Inter-bank Electronic Payment System.
The issuance of Circular No. 23/2017/TT-NHNN aims at amending Article 52 concerning the Effectiveness of Circular 37. Accordingly, the Circular is composed of 3 articles, specifically as follows:
Article 1. Amending the Effectiveness of “from January 15, 2018” as written in Article 52 of Circular No.37 as follows: “from September 1, 2018”, and stipulating that all replacing documents shall cease to be effective.
Article 2. Responsibilities for implementation.
Article 3. Effectiveness.
This Circular takes effect from January 14, 2018.
