Press release on issuance of Circular No. 05/2022/TT-NHNN
Hanoi, June 29, 2022 – The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has issued Circular No. 05/2022/TT-NHNN abolishing a number of legal documents previously issued by the SBV Governor.
Circular No. 05/2022/TT-NHNN comprises of 03 Articles stipulating the full abolishment of the legal documents issued by the SBV Governor which are no longer appropriate or no longer applicable in practice, specific as follows:
Abolishing the full texts of 11 legal documents previously issued by the SBV Governor.
The new Circular will take effect from August 15, 2022.
