1. At Document No. 1076/THH-TTGSNH dated September 21, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Thanh Hoa Provincial Branch has allowed Sai Gon Joint Stock Commercial Bank (SCB) – Thanh Hoa Branch to change its office address, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: No. 46 Le Hoan Street, Dien Bien Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province;
The new address is at: No. 333 – 337 Tran Phu Street, Ba Dinh Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province.
2. At Document No. 2559/BRI-TTG dated September 29, 2022, the SBV – Ba Ria Vung Tau Provincial Branch has allowed the SCB – Vung Tau Branch to change the address of its Ba Ria Transaction Office, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: No. 46 Bach Dang Street, Phuoc Trung Ward, Ba Ria City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province;
The new address is at: No. 52 - 54 Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Phuoc Trung Ward, Ba Ria City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.
The SCB is requested to follow all relevant procedures and publicize the information of the changes as required by Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 (of the SBV stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented); Arranging and ensuring safe operations and take full responsibility for all operational risks of its new branch and transaction office.
The Documents will cease to be valid if the SCB does not inaugurate the operations of its branch or transaction office at the new addresses within 12 months from the date of their signing.
