1. At Document No. 2113/HAN-TTGS2 dated September 15, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Ha Noi Municipal Branch has allowed Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank) – Thang Long Branch to change the address of its Doi Can Transaction Office, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: No. 279 Doi Can Street, Ngoc Ha Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City;
The new address is at: 1st to 3rd Floors, No. 73 Nguyen Van Huyen Street, Residential Area 22, Quan Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi City.
In addition, the name of Doi Can Transaction Office has also been changed into: VPBank – Thang Long Branch – Nguyen Van Huyen Transaction Office.
2. At Document No. 1099/THH-TTGSNH dated September 26, 2022, the SBV – Thanh Hoa Provincial Branch has allowed VPBank – Thanh Hoa Branch to change the address of its Truong Thi Transaction Office, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: No. 63 Truong Thi, Dien Bien Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province;
The new address is at: 1st Floor, Thanh Trung Plaza Building, No. 490 Le Loi Avenue, Dong Hung Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province.
In addition, the name of Truong Thi Transaction Office has also been changed into Dong Hung Transaction Office.
3. At Document No. 429/PTH1 dated October 03, 2022, the SBV – Phu Tho Provincial Branch has allowed VPBank – Phu Tho Branch to change the address of its Tien Cat Transaction Office, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: No. 1421 Hung Vuong Street, Tien Cat Ward, Viet Tri City, Phu Tho Province;
The new address is at: No. 1274 Hung Vuong Street, Tien Cat Ward, Viet Tri City, Phu Tho Province.
In addition, the name of Tien Cat Transaction Office has also been changed into Hung Vuong Transaction Office.
VPBank shall take responsibility for implementing the applicable procedures regarding the above changes in line with Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 of theSBV Governor stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented by Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022), and other applicable provisions of law; arranging and ensuring safe operations and take full responsibility for all operational risks of its transaction offices.
