On September 19, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Bac Ninh Provincial Branch issued Document No. 1020/BNI-TTGS allowing An Binh Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ABBANK) – Bac Ninh Branch to change the office address of its Thuan Thanh Transaction Office.
Accordingly, the SBV – Bac Ninh Provincial Branch has approved of the request of the ABBank – Bac Ninh Branch to change the office address of its Thuan Thanh Transaction Office, specifically as follows:
The old address is as: 1st and 2nd Floors, Building of Dai Ha Thinh Garment Export Co., Ltd, Motorway No. 38, Ho Town, Thuan Thanh District, Bac Ninh Province;
The new address is as: Land lot within Little Saigon urban area, Au Co Road, Ho Town, Thuan Thanh District, Bac Ninh Province.
ABBank – Bac Ninh Branch shall take responsibility for implementing the applicable procedures in line with in Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 of the SBV stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented); Arranging and ensuring safe operations and take full responsibility for all operational risks of its Thuan Thanh Transaction Office.
The Document will cease to be valid if ABBank does not inaugurate the operation of its Thuan Thanh Transaction Office at the new address within 12 months from the date of its signing.
