1. At Document No. 1345/BDU3 dated October 05, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Binh Duong Provincial Branch has approved of the request of the Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) – Binh Duong Branch to change its office address, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: No. 203 Yersin Street, Hiep Thanh Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province;
The new address is at: No. 281 Binh Duong Avenue, Chanh Nghia Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province.
2. At Document No. 1005/ANG-TTGSNH dated September 12, 2022, the SBV – An Giang Provincial Branch has approved of the request of SeABank – An Giang Branch to change the office address of its Chau Doc Transaction Office, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: No. 321 Le Loi Street, Chau Quoi 1 Hamlet, Chau Phu B Ward, Chau Doc City, An Giang Province;
The new address is at: No. 86 Dong Da Street, Chau Phu A Ward, Chau Doc City, An Giang Province.
SeABank shall take responsibility for implementing the applicable procedures regarding the above changes in line with Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 of the SBV Governor stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented), and other applicable provisions of law.
The Documents will cease to be valid if SeABank does not inaugurate the operation of its Binh Duong Branch or Chau Doc Transaction Office at the new addresses within 12 months from the date of their signing.
