Ltd. in Hanoi has made an announcement about its inauguration of operation.
At License No. 102/GP.HAN-TTGS dated January 17, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Ha Noi Municipal Branch has approved of the request of Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte.Ltd (Singapore), with its head office address located at 3 FRASER STREET #17-21/28 DUO TOWER SINGAPORE (189352), to establish a representative office in Hanoi, Vietnam, specifically as follows:

Location of the Representative Office: Hanoi, Vietnam;
Operational duration: 5 years;
The licensed operations include: Acting as a contact office; Market research; Promoting investment projects of Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd. in Vietnam; Promoting and supervising the implementation of contracts and agreements signed between Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd. with the credit institutions and/or enterprises in Vietnam, the projects sponsored by Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd. in Vietnam; Other activities in compliance with Vietnamese laws.
During its operations, Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd. Representative Office in Hanoi shall comply with all applicable Vietnamese laws. This License is valid from the date of its signing.
