1. At Document No. 1775/DNA-TTGS dated November 08, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Dong Nai Provincial Branch has approved of the request of the Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB) – Dong Nai Branch to change the office address of its Ho Nai Transaction Office, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: No. 50B/1 – 50C/1, National Motorway 1, Residential Area 2, Tan Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province;
The new address is at: No. 50A/1 – 50B/1 – 50C/1, National Motorway 1, Residential Area 2, Tan Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.
2. At Document No. 923/BID1 dated November 09, 2022, the SBV – Binh Dinh Provincial Branch has approved of the request of the ACB – Binh Dinh Branch to change the office address of its Bong Son Transaction Office, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: No. 196A - 196B Quang Trung Street, Bong Son Ward, Hoai Nhon Town, Binh Dinh Province;
The new address is at: No. 2839 Quang Trung Street, Residential Area 3, Bong Son Ward, Hoai Nhon Town, Binh Dinh Province.
3. At Document No. 1445/BTR-TTRA dated November 09, 2022, the SBV – Ben Tre Provincial Branch has approved of the request of the ACB – Ben Tre Branch to change its office address, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: No. 8/2 Tran Quoc Tuan Street, Ward 4, Ben Tre City, Ben Tre Province;
The new address is at: No. 67C Dong Khoi Avenue, Phu Khuong Ward, Ben Tre City, Ben Tre Province.
The ACB shall be responsible for implementing the applicable procedures in line with Circular No.21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 of the SBV stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented by Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022 of the SBV), and other relevant provisions of law; arranging and ensuring safe operations and taking full responsibility for all operational risks of the above-mentioned branch and transaction offices.
