1. At Document No. 363/NHNN-BPH1 dated October 06, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Binh Phuoc Provincial Branch has approved of the request of Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank) – Binh Phuoc Branch to change the office address of its Chon Thanh Transaction Office.
Accordingly, the Director of the SBV – Binh Phuoc Provincial Branch has allowed HDBank – Binh Phuoc Branch to change the office address of its Chon Thanh Transaction Office (not changing the location), specifically as follows:
The old address is at: No. 69, 2/4 Street, Town 3, Chon Thanh Town, Chon Thanh District, Binh Phuoc Province;
The new address is at: No. 69, 2/4 Street, Town 3, Hung Long Ward, Chon Thanh Town, Binh Phuoc Province.
2. At Document No. 754/BAL-TTGSNH dated October 12, 2022, the SBV – Bac Lieu Provincial Branch has approved of the request of HDBank – Bac Lieu Branch to change the office address of its Gia Rai Transaction Office, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: No. 250, 1A National Highway, Hamlet 5, Ho Phong Town, Gia Rai District, Bac Lieu Province;
The new address is at: No. 122, 1A National Highway, Ho Phong Ward, Gia Rai Town, Bac Lieu Province.
Within 07 working days from the date of receiving the written approvals from the SBV, HDBank shall publicize the revised substances on its web page, at its headquarters, at the offices of its branches, and at the relevant transaction offices in accordance with the provisions of law.
The Document will cease to be valid if HDBank – Bac Lieu Branch – Gia Rai Transaction Office does not inaugurate the operation at the new address within 12 months from the date of its signing.
HDBank – Binh Phuoc Branch – Chon Thanh Transaction Office and HDBank – Bac Lieu Branch – Gia Rai Transaction Office shall take responsibility for implementing the applicable procedures in line with Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 of the SBV stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented by Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022), and other relevant provisions of law.
