1. At Document No. 744/BAL-TTGSNH dated October 06, 2022, the Director of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Bac Lieu Provincial Branch has approved of the request of Viet A Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VietABank) – Bac Lieu Branch to change its office address, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: 134F/4, 23/8 Street, Hamlet 2, Ward 7, Bac Lieu City, Bac Lieu Province;
The new address is at: No. 14 - 15, Lot B, Ba Trieu Street, Ward 3, Bac Lieu City, Bac Lieu Province.
Within 07 working days from the date of receiving the written approval from the SBV, VietABank must publicize the revised substance on its web page, at VietABank’s headquarters, at the office of the branch, and at the relevant transaction offices in accordance with the provisions of law.
The Document will cease to be valid if VietABank – Bac Lieu Branch does not inaugurate the operation at the new address within 12 months from the date of its signing.
2. At Document No. 950/QNA-TTGSNH dated November 11, 2022, the SBV – Quang Nam Provincial Branch has approved of the request of VietABank – Hoi An Branch to change the office address of its Duy Xuyen Transaction Office, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: Unity Group No. 3, Long Xuyen 2 Residential Quarters, Nam Phuoc Town, Duy Xuyen District, Quang Nam Province;
The new address is at: No. 193 Dien Bien Phu Street, Nam Phuoc Town, Duy Xuyen District, Quang Nam Province.
VietABank shall be responsible for implementing the applicable procedures in line with in Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 of the SBV stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented by Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022 of the SBV), and other relevant provisions of law; arranging and ensuring safe operations and taking full responsibility for all operational risks of the above-mentioned branch and transaction office.
