1. At Document No. 446/NHNN-BPH1 dated November 16, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Binh Phuoc Provincial Branch has approved of the request of Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank (LienVietPostBank) – Binh Phuoc Branch to change the office address of its Chon Thanh Transaction Office (not changing the location), specifically as follows:
The old address is at: Residential Area 6, Chon Thanh Town, Chon Thanh District, Binh Phuoc Province;
The new address is at: Residential Area 6, Hung Long Ward, Chon Thanh Town, Binh Phuoc Province.
2. At Document No. 575/KGI-TTGSNH dated November 17, 2022, the SBV – Kien Giang Provincial Branch has approved of the request of LienVietPostBank – Kien Giang Branch to change the office address of its Vinh Thuan Transaction Office, specifically as follows:
The old address is at: Vinh Dong II Residential Area, Vinh Thuan Town, Vinh Thuan District, Kien Giang Province (the house on the right of Vinh Thuan District Post Office Building);
The new address is at: Vinh Dong II Residential Area, Vinh Thuan Town, Vinh Thuan District, Kien Giang Province (the ground floor of Vinh Thuan District Post Office Building).
LienVietPostBank shall be responsible for implementing the applicable procedures in line with Circular No.21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 of the SBV stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented by Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022 of the SBV), and other relevant provisions of law; arranging and ensuring safe operations and taking full responsibility for all operational risks of the above-mentioned transaction offices.
3. At Document No. 1019/THN-TTGS dated November 14, 2022, the SBV – Thai Nguyen Provincial Branch has approved of the request of LienVietPostBank – Thai Nguyen Branch to terminate the operation of its Dong Quang Post Office Transaction Office, specifically as follows:
The address is at: Hoang Van Thu Ward, Thai Nguyen City, Thai Nguyen Province;
Within 45 days from the date of signing of this Document, LienVietPostBank shall conduct the legal procedures in accordance with the law to terminate the operation of the above-mentioned transaction office; send a written report to the SBV - Thai Nguyen Branch on the date of termination of operation of the above-mentioned transaction office; announce and publicize the termination of operation of the transaction office in accordance with the law.
