At Document No. 3255/HCM-TTr2 dated November 15, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Ho Chi Minh City Branch has approved of the requests of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) to change the office addresses of its branches and transaction offices.
The changes are due to the re-arrangements of administrative units at district and commune levels and the establishment of Thu Duc City under Ho Chi Minh City in line with Decree No. 1111/NQ-UBTVQH14 dated December 09, 2020 of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee), specifically as follows:

VietinBank shall take responsibility for implementing the applicable procedures in line with Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 of the SBV Governor stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented by Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022); arranging and ensuring safe operations, and taking full responsibility for all operational risks of the above-mentioned branches and transaction offices.
The Document will cease to be valid if Vietinbank does not implement the applicable procedures to change the addresses of the above-mentioned branches and transaction offices within 12 months from the date of its signing.
