At Documents No. 566/KGI-TTGSNH and No. 567/KGI-TTGSNH dated November 15, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Kien Giang Provincial Branch has approved of the requests of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) – Kien Giang Branch to change the office addresses of its Rach Soi and Hon Dat Transaction Offices, specifically as follows:
1. Rach Soi Transaction Office
The old address is at: No. 129 Mai Thi Hong Hanh Street, Vinh Loi Ward, Rach Gia City, Kien Giang Province;
The new address is at: No. 15 Mai Thi Hong Hanh Street, Vinh Loi Ward, Rach Gia City, Kien Giang Province.
2. Hon Dat Transaction Office
The old address is at: No. 41 Duong Hon Residential Area, Hon Dat Town, Hon Dat District, Kien Giang Province;
The new address is at: No. 61 Duong Hon Residential Area, Hon Dat Town, Hon Dat District, Kien Giang Province.
VietinBank shall take responsibility for implementing the applicable procedures in line with Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 of the SBV Governor stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented by Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022) and other relevant provisions of law; arranging and ensuring safe operations, and taking full responsibility for all operational risks of the above-mentioned transaction offices.
The Documents will cease to be valid if Vietinbank does not implement the applicable procedures to change the addresses of the above-mentioned transaction offices within 12 months from the date of their signing.
