Press release on issuance of Circular No. 15/2022/TT-NHNN
Hanoi, November 31, 2022 – The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has issued Circular No. 15/2022/TT-NHNN stipulating the refinancing on the basis of special bonds of Vietnam Asset Management Company (VAMC), which shall replace Circular No.18/2015/TT-NHNN dated October 22, 2015.
The new Circular is comprised of 04 Chapters, 20 Articles and 08 Appendices stipulating such contents as the objectives; the conditions for refinancing; the amounts of refinancing; the duration of refinancing and the sequences of considering refinancing; the debt service for refinancing; and the responsibilities of the credit institutions and other relevant entities.
The new Circular will take effect on January 17, 2023.
