On November 30, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Document No. 8452/NHNN-TTGSNH approving of the requests of Public Bank Vietnam Limited (PBVN) to establish an additional domestic branch and a number of transaction offices.
Specifically, the SBV has approved of PBVN's request to establish additionally one (01) branch in Long An Province, with details as follows:

The address is at: No. 122 – 124 Hung Vuong Street, Ward 12, Tan An City, Long An Province, Vietnam.
Also in the same Document, the SBV has approved of the PBVN's request to establish additionally six (06) transaction offices, with details as follows:
1. PBVN – Ha Noi Branch – Dong Da Transaction Office
The address is at: No. 55 Huynh Thuc Khang Street, Lang Ha Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi City, Vietnam.
2. PBVN – Da Nang Branch – Son Tra Transaction Office
The address is at: No. 172 Pham Van Dong Street, An Hai Bac Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City, Vietnam.
3. PBVN – Binh Duong Branch – Di An Transaction Office
The address is at: No. 81 Nguyen An Ninh Street, Nhi Dong 2 Residential Area, Di An Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam.
4. PBVN – Cho Lon Branch – Binh Chanh Transaction Office
The address is at: C10/1A Pham Hung Street, Binh Hung Commune, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
5. PBVN – Phu Nhuan Branch – Thu Duc Transaction Office
The address is at: No. 85 Dang Van Bi Street, Truong Tho Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
6. PBVN – Tan Binh Branch – Sala Transaction Office

PBVN is requested to take responsibility for implementing the necessary procedures to inaugurate, register and publicize the newly established branch and transaction offices in line with Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 issued by the SBV Governor stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented by Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022), and the other applicable provisions of law.
The Document will cease to be valid if PBVN does not inaugurate the above-mentioned branch and transaction offices within 12 months from the date of its signing.
