6. At Document No. 435/NHNN-BPH1 dated November 14, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Binh Phuoc Provincial Branch has approved of the request of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) – Chon Thanh Branch to change its office address (not changing the location), specifically as follows:
The old address is at: Group 1, Residential Area 3, Chon Thanh Town, Chon Thanh District, Binh Phuoc Province;
The new address is at: Group 1, Residential Area 3, Hung Long Ward, Chon Thanh Town, Binh Phuoc Province.
Sacombank – Chon Thanh Branch shall be responsible for implementing the applicable procedures in line with Circular No.21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 of the SBV stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented by Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022 of the SBV), and other relevant provisions of law; arranging and ensuring safe operations and taking full responsibility for all operational risks of the above-mentioned branch.
