On January 04, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Document No. 19/NHNN-TTGSNH approving of the requests of Bac A Joint Stock Commercial Bank (BAC A BANK) to establish additional branches.
Accordingly, the SBV has approved of BAC A BANK's request to establish additionally three (03) branches, with details as follows:
1. Yen Bai Branch
The full name: Bac A Joint Stock Commercial Bank – Yen Bai Branch;
The abbreviated name: BAC A BANK - Yen Bai Branch;
The address is at: No. 167 Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Nguyen Thai Hoc Ward, Yen Bai City, Yen Bai Province.
2. Dien Bien Branch
The full name: Bac A Joint Stock Commercial Bank – Dien Bien Branch;
The abbreviated name: BAC A BANK – Dien Bien Branch;
The address is at: No. 780 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Tan Thanh Ward, Dien Bien City, Dien Bien Province.
3. Ca Mau Branch
The full name: Bac A Joint Stock Commercial Bank – Ca Mau Branch;
The abbreviated name: BAC A BANK – Ca Mau Branch;
The address is at: No. 67 Phan Ngoc Hien Street, Cluster 3, Ward 5, Ca Mau City, Ca Mau Province.
BAC A BANK is requested to take responsibility for implementing the necessary procedures to inaugurate, register and publicize the newly established branches in line with Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 issued by the SBV Governor stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented by Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022), and the other applicable provisions of law.
The Document will cease to be valid if BAC A BANK does not inaugurate the above-mentioned branches within 12 months from the date of its signing.
