On January 04, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Document No. 20/NHNN-TTGSNH approving of the requests of Bac A Joint Stock Commercial Bank (BAC A BANK) to establish additional transaction offices.
Accordingly, the SBV has approved of BAC A BANK's requests to establish additionally six (06) transaction offices, with details as follows:
1. Tu Son Transaction Office
The full name: Bac A Joint Stock Commercial Bank – Bac Ninh Branch - Tu Son Transaction Office;
The address is at: No. 286 Minh Khai Street, Dong Ngan Ward, Tu Son City, Bac Ninh Province.
2. Ben Cat Transaction Office
The full name: Bac A Joint Stock Commercial Bank – Binh Duong Branch - Ben Cat Transaction Office;
The address is at: No. 6 - 7 Lot C, Area A, My Phuoc 4 Residential Area, My Phuoc Ward, Ben Cat Town, Binh Duong Province.
3. Buon Ma Thuot Transaction Office
The full name: Bac A Joint Stock Commercial Bank – Dak Lak Branch - Buon Ma Thuot Transaction Office;
The address is at: No. 90 Y Jut Street, Thong Nhat Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province.
4. Bac Cuong Transaction Office
The full name: Bac A Joint Stock Commercial Bank – Lao Cai Branch – Bac Cuong Transaction Office;
The address is at: No. 9 Tran Hung Dao Street, Bac Cuong Ward, Lao Cai City, Lao Cai Province.
5. Hai Hau Transaction Office
The full name: Bac A Joint Stock Commercial Bank – Nam Dinh Branch – Hai Hau Transaction Office;
The address is at: No. 22, Residential Group No. 1, Yen Dinh Town, Hai Hau District, Nam Dinh Province.
6. Phu My Transaction Office
The full name: Bac A Joint Stock Commercial Bank – Vung Tau Branch – Phu My Transaction Office;
The address is at: No. 2479 Doc Lap Street, Phu My Ward, Phu My Town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.
BAC A BANK is requested to take responsibility for implementing the necessary procedures to inaugurate, register and publicize the newly established transaction offices in line with Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 issued by the SBV Governor stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented by Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022), and the other applicable provisions of law.
The Document will cease to be valid if BAC A BANK does not inaugurate the above-mentioned transaction offices within 12 months from the date of its signing.
