On January 18, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Document No. 320/NHNN-TTGSNH allowing Petrolimex Group Commercial Joint Stock Bank (PG Bank) to establish new branches and transaction offices, specifically as follows:
Petrolimex Group Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Cho Lon Branch (PG Bank – Cho Lon Branch); Address: No.322B Ly Thuong Kiet street, Ward 14, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
Tu Son Transaction Office under Petrolimex Group Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Bac Ninh Branch – (PG Bank – Bac Ninh Branch – Tu Son Transaction Office); Address: Thanh Ngoc Plaza, Pho Moi street, Dong Ngan ward, Tu Son city, Bac Ninh province.
PG Bank is requested to take responsibility for implementing the procedures to inaugurate, register and publicize the newly established branches and transaction offices in line with Circular No.21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 9, 2013 on the operational networks of commercial banks (as amended and supplemented) and the other applicable legal texts.
The Document will cease to be valid if PG Bank does not inaugurate the above-mentioned branches and transaction offices within 12 months from the date of its signing.
