The following announcements on the address changes of the commercial banks’ branches and transaction offices have been made in accordance with Paragraph 4 of Article 14 of Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022 amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 09, 2013 stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks:
1. The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (VCB) – West Can Tho Branch has announced the changes of the name and the office address of its transaction office, specifically as follows:
The old name is: The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam – West Can Tho Branch – Binh Thuy Transaction Office;

2. At Document No. 1547/ANG-TTGSNH dated December 29, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – An Giang Provincial Branch has approved of the request of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) – An Giang Branch to change the office address of its Chau Phu Transaction Office, specifically as follows:

3. At Document No. 16/HNA-TTGSNH dated January 05, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Ha Nam Provincial Branch has approved of the request of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) to change the office address of its Ha Nam Branch, specifically as follows:
