The following announcements on the address changes of the commercial banks’ branches and transaction offices have been made in accordance with Paragraph 4 of Article 14 of Circular No. 01/2022/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2022 amending and supplementing a number of Articles of Circular No. 21/2013/TT-NHNN dated September 9, 2013 stipulating the operational networks of commercial banks:
* On February 3, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) – Binh Phuoc Provincial Branch issued Document No. 38/NHNN-BPH1 approving of the request of Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) to change the office addresses (not changing the physical locations) of its Chon Thanh Tay Binh Phuoc Branch and Chon Thanh Transaction Office under Chon Thanh Tay Binh Phuoc Branch, specifically as follows:

* On February 3, 2023, the SBV – Da Nang Municipal Branch issued Document No. 140/DAN-TTGSNH approving of the request of Sai Gon Joint Stock Commercial Bank (SCB) to change the office address of its Song Han Branch, specifically as follows:

* On the same day, the SBV – Da Nang Municipal Branch issued Document No. 139/DAN-TTGSNH approving of the request of Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank) to change the office address of its Da Nang Branch, specifically as follows:

* On January 30, 2023, the SBV – Da Nang Municipal Branch issued Document No. 97/DAN-TTGSNH approving of the request of Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) to change the office address of its Lien Chieu Nam Da Nang Branch, specifically as follows:
