In Document No. 1209/NHNN-TTGSNH dated February 27, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has approved of the request of the Asia Commercial Bank Leasing Company Limited (ACB Leasing) to establish a new branch.
Accordingly, the ACB Leasing is allowed to establish its Da Nang branch, which is located at: 4th Floor of the ACB Building, No. 218 Bach Dang street, Phuoc Ninh ward, Hai Chau district, Da Nang city.
The ACB Leasing is responsible for implementing the procedures and complying with the regulations as stipulated in the Law on Credit Institutions (as amended and supplemented), Circular No. 53/2018/TT-NHNN dated December 31, 2018 on the operational networks of non-bank credit institutions, and the other applicable legal texts.
The Document will cease to be valid if the ACB Leasing does not inaugurate the above-mentioned branch within 12 months from the date of its signing.
